ORDERING

Feel free to place your Drishti order in any of the following ways: use our secure website, email us, or call us toll-free at 1-877- DRISHTI (374-7484).

If you choose to email your order in, please be sure to include the items & quantities you would like, your name & address, phone number, and credit card number and expiration date (visa or mastercard). We will contact you to confirm your order and to let you know if we have any questions.

If you choose to phone your order in, a Drishti employee can take your order anytime between the hours of 10:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. If you call us outside of these times, feel free to leave a message and we will get back to you promptly.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. (We usually ship within 1 business day, but like to allow for a 1-3 day window of time, just to be safe.)   We offer a variety of shipping options (both national and international) through both USPS and UPS.  You can choose your preferred shipping method for your order during the "checkout" process. Please note that UPS can not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes; if you would like your order to be shipped to a P.O. Box, please select a USPS shipping option at checkout. Thank you!

If your U.S. order is over $150 in value, we will happily send it to you free of shipping charge! Just follow the simple instructions during checkout to activate this free shipping offer. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (our choice).

RETURN POLICY

We're more than happy to exchange or refund any item that doesn't work out for you! If you need to return or exchange something, please send it back to us, along with a copy of your receipt (this could be your packing slip or your order confirmation e-mail), within 30 days. You are welcome to send the item back to us in the box in which it was originally shipped. Please write a note on your receipt copy that lets us know whether you would like to exchange your purchase or if you would like a refund. The item must be in new condition (with tags attached) in order for us to take it back. We are unable to accept as returns any yoga mats that have been used (for hygenic reasons) or any multimedia products that have been opened. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others – period! Drishti may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Drishti, our users, or others.

Your e-mail address may be added to the Drishti e-mail list, which sends out approximately 6-8 e-mail messages per year (the quarterly Drishti Newsletter and the occasional announcement). If you would prefer to not be a part of this list, please email us with the word “remove” in the subject line.

HOW DOES DRISHTI PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

When you place orders or access your account information, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information that you input before it is sent to us. We use 128-bit encryption, the strongest allowed by United States law. Furthermore, all of the customer data that we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

WHAT ABOUT COOKIES?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as the use of a shopping cart for purchasing our products. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Without cookies turned on, you may not be able to buy product on our site - but then you can always call us to place your order toll-free at 1-877-DRISHTI (374-7484)!
